Clinical Governance is the name for the process of assuring the quality of healthcare services. All our partners are responsible for all aspects of the treatment that they deliver, including Clinical Governance. They delegate information gathering and monitoring to our central Clinical Governance committee, which feeds the results back to individual clinicians.
The Clinical Governance committee meets monthly to review all performance data, surveys and other forms of feedback to ensure we deliver a safe and appropriate service, and to look at how our clinicians can improve and develop their services further.
Your personal data is treated with the highest levels of security and protection, from how we handle and transfer it, to where it is stored. We are registered for data protection with the Information Commissioner’s Office and have fully implemented GDPR.

All our clinicians are accredited or members of the following governing bodies – this means they are accountable to rules and stipulations identified as key to clinical governance and will have to undergo an annual declaration process.
